Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 business days after the date of delivery. Your watch must be in unused condition and in the original watchcase.
All returns must obtain an RA number and form, initiated through your order account. LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT click on “View Order” and on the following page click on the “Return or Exchange Items” link. Follow the easy steps, print the final page and include it in your return box.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail or shipping service. We will email you once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time you your return has been delivered to our office to be processed. We do not refund any shipping charges associated with your purchase.
