If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the items postmarked within 30 business days after the date of delivery. Your watch must be in unused condition and in the original watchcase. If you have altered your watch in any form, with any other jewelry or watch company that is not La Mer Collections’ directly we will not accept your exchange.
Customized watches are accepted for an exchange as indicated in these terms.
Only 1 exchange is permitted after the original order has been placed. This applies to all orders through LaMerCollections.com. All returns must obtain an RMA number and form, initiated through your order account. Log into your account, click on “View Order” and on the following page click on the “Return or Exchange Items” link. Follow the easy steps, print the final page and include it in your return box.
Exchanges can take 2 weeks (10 business days) to process, and we will notify you when your item will be shipped back out to you.
If the cost of your exchanged Non-Customized watch is less than the original item purchased and you have returned it within 14 business days, we will refund the original card on file (as indicated in our return policy). If the cost of your exchanged Non-Customized watch is less than the original item purchased and you have returned it after 14 business days, we will create an In-Store credit that expires within 1 year for that difference in cost.
La Mer Collections will cover the return shipping fee from our office to your location. All domestic exchange orders will be shipped out via FedEx ground without a signature required or USPS Priority unless otherwise specified.
All international exchanges orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for any custom fees associated with your exchange shipment.
