La Mer Collections’ watches are made with the highest quality genuine leather. Please note that any animal skin is inherently prone to slight imperfections and this is what makes each leather strap unique, as well, due to the handcrafted nature of this product, each watch may vary slightly.
Here are some recommendations to keep your La Mer Collections’ watch in its best form:
Do not wear your watch under water - leather is not meant to get wet.
If a dark spot occurs, gently pinch the area so it is raised & very gently scratch the pigmented spot, using a clean finger or thumb. This will help natural oils to surface and cover pigment spots.
If dirt or staining occurs, we are unable to assume liability for the damages of the original stain or any treatment methods that have been attempted to fix the spot. However, on occasion the following treatments have worked for some customers. For ink or dye based stains, try touching the spot with a piece of tape to remove as much of the stain as possible.
